The brief

Blending Carcasse's robust identity with the elegance of Veuve Clicquot in a service cart that brings champagne to the table.

In this project

  • Design of a mobile champagne trolley
  • Steel in Veuve Clicquot yellow, red veined marble
  • Integrated ice bucket and drip tray

A bespoke champagne trolley for Moët Hennessy and Carcasse: a steel base in Veuve Clicquot's yellow orange, red veined marble and a white box.

Building on our previous collaboration with Moët Hennessy on a champagne trolley for The Jane, we were approached again in 2024 to create a bespoke service cart for Carcasse, the renowned meat restaurant led by Hendrik Dierendonck and chef Timon Michiels. The challenge was to harmoniously blend Carcasse's robust identity with the elegance of Veuve Clicquot, enhancing the tableside champagne experience and offering guests a direct selection of various champagnes.

Our design features a steel base in Veuve Clicquot's signature colour, the vibrant yellow orange known as "Yellow Label". It is complemented by red veined marble, referencing Dierendonck's "Oedslach" product line. A white box symbolises Veuve Clicquot's freshness, with subtle yellow orange accents in the ice bucket ring and lower shelf.

We also considered practical aspects such as manoeuvrability and an integrated drip tray for ice condensation. The result is a service cart that seamlessly marries Carcasse's hearty ambiance with Veuve Clicquot.
