Design store Domus+ in Roeselare: perforated white panels, rust brown surfaces, grey curtains and a marble counter as a frame for iconic design pieces.
Domus+ in Roeselare is an address for iconic design. For the shop, we designed an interior that deliberately holds back, so the pieces can speak for themselves.
Freestanding panels in perforated white metal and rust brown surfaces divide the space into small scenes, each with its own backdrop. Grey curtains soften the room and allow zones to be screened off or opened up. A marble clad counter with a red edge forms the anchor point at the till.
By working with freestanding elements, the shop can keep changing its displays without rebuilding each time.
